The units are clean and absolutely gorgeous with very nice interiors. The hotel has awesome location to many great restaurants...

As we remember, there was no elevator.

The location for Heidelberg was good, adjacent to tram, buses, and the main street and the Bismarckplatz. Stayed in freshly decorated suite with modern bathroom, a long sofa facing the TV plus a comfortable bed.

The breakfast here is particularly nice with a good variety, and the location is great for exploring everything in the city center.

Had fantastic stay on a business trip, the staff were lovely, location was excellent to many great restaurants. Everything was brand-new, fabulous and gorgeous room with a lovely renovated bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and exceptionally nice with meats, bacon, worth the price. Location: the hotel was not far from the bus / tram stops, buses and trams and the outskirts of the old town...

Our room at Hotel Tannhauser was spacious and beautifully decorated. The central location made it easy for us to explore the city on foot, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Despite a minor issue with the lock, the staff was helpful in resolving it. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Staying at Hotel Tannhauser in Heidelberg was a great experience. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food and wonderful coffee. The rooms were nicely sized and looked recently remodeled. The staff were excellent - very cooperative and genuinely friendly throughout my stay. The hotel has a central setting by the river, which was really convenient.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect for exploring the city, just on the outskirts of the old town. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that I had everything I needed. The room itself was charming, with beautiful antique furniture and a lovely renovated bathroom. And the breakfast was simply delicious, especially the salted salmon!

All in all, everything was superb during my stay.

The hotel Tannhauser is a hidden gem just on the outskirts of the old town. The location is perfect, offering a peaceful environment while still being within walking distance of all the attractions. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any request. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with beautiful antique furniture creating a charming atmosphere. The recently renovated bathrooms are a delight, with modern fixtures and a touch of luxury. I particularly loved the private balconies, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. And the breakfast. oh, the breakfast! It was simply fantastic, with a wide variety of options including the most delicious salted salmon.

No negatives, everything was absolutely fine.

The hotel is ideally located right in the heart of the city, offering easy access to public transportation and the historic Old Town area which is perfect for shopping and sightseeing. the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, providing great service and assistance whenever needed. the room and bathroom are clean and well-maintained, with all of the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. the breakfast is varied and plentiful, offering something for everyone, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is warm and welcoming.

While some guests noted creaky floorboards due to the old building, this did not detract from the positive experience at the hotel.
